Hanna Miner Fatalities Buried in Unknown Places or Towns
What Happened to Them?
Many men killed in the Hanna mines, do not have a known burial place. A search is on to find where the men were buried. There is no evidence they were buried in the Hanna cemetery, but that does not mean they weren't. All the men except Edward Tynsky, who was a fatality of the Nugget mine, were killed in Union Pacific Coal Company mines in Hanna.
Click on the button below to view the 36 coal miners killed in the Hanna Basin mines, but their burial places are unknown. Additional information about each individual is available under the Hanna tab in the Hanna Cemetery Records.
If a reader should have information about one or more of these miners, please share that information with the Hanna Basin Museum Website at HannaBasinMuseum@gmail.com (Attention: Bob)
